Mobility and/or Open Gym on Sundays
Some would say that mobility is the most important part of CrossFit. Well, the members at CrossFit 133 have clearly gotten the memo. Of course, it doesn’t hurt to have Coach Amanda leading us with a mix of mindfulness, music, and mobility that will leave you ready to tackle the week! So, make sure you take advantage of the weekly opportunity to get yourself flexy! This Sunday’s session will run from 7-8 a.m.
Following the mobility class, Coach Judith will take over for open gym from 8-9 a.m. Whether you have a skill you want to work on or you choose to work on the skill that Coach Judith will focus on for the day, this is a great time to get a deeper breakdown of a particular movement that you would not get during a weekday class. Be sure to sign up for mobility, open gym, or both sessions on WOD Together.

John Cancellera (center above) hit his 1000th WOD during the first week of 2023. He treated the 5:30 a.m. class to a commemorative shirt for the occasion.
Depending on when this goes out - Gabe will also hit his 1,000 on Friday 1/13
Brandon Slowikoswki joined the 500 WOD Club!
Lauren Langmaid joined the 100 WOD Club!
The gym turned into a rock concert venue! Clemenzi Music took over the gym space in December to host their Holiday Concert, and it was a blast.
Dee Cunningham, Diane Slowikowski, Kate Cook, Amanda Goedde, Amanda Lake, and Laurie Bryce ran the Ladies Night Out 5K in Newburyport, MA on a rainy, but warm, December afternoon
Amanda Lake, Dee Cunningham, Janeth Simard all participated in the Hangover Classic 5k/10k at Salisbury Beach - and Amanda hopped in the ocean for a post-race dip!
